HELPFUL HINTS

Make juice from fresh vegetables, do not pro-

cess over-ripe fruit. The juicier the product, the
more juice you get. The juice may contain up to
30% pulp depending on the product. It is normal to
have pulp content in the juice.

When using over-ripe or soft apples, pears etc.

the pulp content may be higher than usual.

Apple juice quickly turns brown. To slow down this process,
add a couple of drops of lemon juice.
It is recommended to serve the juice immediately after making.
