INSTRUCTION MANUAL
For the purpose of using and maintaining the kitchen scale, please read this instruction
completely before operating.

SPECIFICATIONS
• Equipped with a high precision “stain-gauge” sensor and high capability CPU to ensure
the weighing accuracy.
• Capacity: SKS 4511: 2g-3kg

SKS 4512 / SKS 4213=2g-5kg

• Tare function.
• Auto power off.
• Show low voltage

KEY FUNCTION
• ON/OFF key:
Power on, Power off,
• TARE key: Tare function
• UNIT key: Unit exchange (g/lb/oz/kg)

OPERATION
• Take out the scale, and open up the battery cover, install the batteries to the battery
case.
• Put the scale on a flat table, and ensure it steady.

WEIGHTING STEP
• Under the state press the key of “ON/OFF” to power on, the scale will be zero “0.00”
appear on the display after 2 seconds.
• Press the key of “UNIT”, you can change “g”, “oz”, ”kg”, ”lb”.
• Under the weight state, put the container on the glass, LCD will show the weight of
container.
• Press the key of “TARE”, LCD shows zero. Clear the weight of the container, then put
the food into container, the weight will appear on the display.
• Press the key of “ON/OFF” again , power off.
