Inside the glove compartment, for versions/markets
where provided, there may be a card carrier A-fig. 65,
a pen holder B, a document shelf C and an oddments com-
partment D.
To access the document shelf, use the handle to remove
it from its housing by pulling in the direction shown by the
arrow in fig. 65.
