• To watch video, connect the iPod/iPhone
using JVC KS-U30 *7 (separately purchased),
otherwise, video is not displayed on the
screen.
• To listen to music, connect the iPod/iPhone
using a USB 2.0 cable (accessory of the iPod/
iPhone).

Connect the Smartphone Adapter unit to the RGB
input terminal. If you connect your smartphone
to the Smartphone Adapter unit via USB, you can
view the smartphone screen.
• If the smartphone cannot receive GPS signals,
connect a GPS antenna (KV-GP10: separately
purchased) to the Smartphone Adapter unit,
so that it can be used as the antenna for
smartphone.
• The firmware of the Smartphone Adapter unit
may be updated. Install the Smartphone Adapter
unit in a position where it can be pulled out
easily.

• Pour voir une séquence vidéo, connectez
l’iPod/iPhone en utilisant le JVC KS-U30 *7

• Pour écouter la musique, connectez l’iPod/
iPhone en utilisant le câble USB 2.0 (accessoire
du iPod/iPhone).
• Schließen Sie zum Betrachten von Video den
iPod/iPhone mittels JVC KS-U30 *7 (getrennt

daar er anders geen beeld op het scherm zal

Remove the backing from the hook and loop fastener and attach it to the
bottom of the unit. Install the Smartphone Adapter unit on the carpet.
• Do not install the unit near the dashboard, the rear tray, or other
important components. Doing so could lead to injury or accident.
Ziehen Sie das Trägerpapier vom Klettenband ab und bringen
das Klettenband unten an der Einheit an. Installieren Sie die
Smartphoneadapter-Einheit auf dem Teppich.
• Nehmen Sie die Installation nicht in der Nähe des Armaturenbretts,
der Heckablage oder anderer wichtiger Komponenten vor. Dabei
besteht die Gefahr von Verletzungen oder Unfällen.
Retirez la partie arrière de la bande Velcro et fixez-la sur le dessous
de l’appareil. Installez l’adaptateur de Smartphone sur le tapis.
• N’installez pas l’appareil près du tableau de bord, du tableau
arrière ou d’un autre élément important. Cela pourrait causer des
blessures ou un accident.

Schließen Sie die SMARTPHONE ADAPTER-
Einheit an die RGB-Eingangsklemme an. Wenn Sie
Ihr Smartphone über USB an die SMARTPHONE
ADAPTER-Einheit anschließen, können Sie die
Smartphone-Bildschirmansicht sehen.
• Wenn das Smartphone keine GPS-Signale empfangen
kann, schließen Sie eine GPS-Antenne an (KV-
GP10: getrennt erhältlich) an die SMARTPHONE
ADAPTER-Einheit an, so dass sie als Antenne für
Smartphone verwendet werden kann.
• Die Firmware des Smartphone-Adapter
kann aktualisiert werden. Montieren Sie den
Smartphone-Adapter in einer Position, wo er nicht
leicht herausgezogen werden kann.

• Le microprogramme de l’adaptateur de
smartphone peut être mise à jour. Installez
l’adaptateur de smartphone dans une position
où il peut être tiré facilement.

• Indien de smartphone geen GPS-signalen kan
ontvangen, moet u een GPS-antenne (KV-GP10:
los verkrijgbaar) met de SMARTPHONE-ADAPTER
verbinden zodat deze als antenne voor de
smartphone kan worden gebruikt.
• Er is mogelijk een update voor de firmware
van de smartphone-adapter. Installeer de
smartphone-adapter op een plaats waar deze
gemakkelijk kan worden verwijderd.
