FIGURE B / STEP 1
• Move the peeling blade arm (8) outwards until it is fixed

in position and the locking lever (7) has latched in place.

• Place an apple, pear or potato on the retainer (5) such

that it is located centrally to the spindle (11).

• Hold the peeling blade arm (8) firmly and disengage the

locking lever (7) by drawing this upwards. Slowly guide
the peeling blade arm (8) onto the apple, pear or potato.

FIGURE A / STEP 4
• If you wish to peel a potato, loosen the wing nut (12) and

detach the core cutter (10). By rotating the crank handle
(4) in a clockwise direction, the potato is peeled but not
cored and is not cut into slices.

• In order to peel, core and slice an apple or pear it is

necessary to ensure that the core cutter (10) is attached.
By rotating the crank handle (4) in a clockwise direction,
the apple or pear is peeled, cut into slices and cored.

If you only wish to peel an apple or pear, loosen the wing

nut (12) and detach the core cutter (10). By rotating the
crank handle (4) in a clockwise direction, the apple or
pear is only peeled.

• Then remove the apple, pear or potato from the retainer

(5).
