VIEWING YOUR RESULTS
Once you put on your pedometer with the case
closed, it will automatically begin to record your
steps from the 1st step, but after the 5-step
filter. Most people prefer to reset their step
count daily. Mr. Pedometer suggests resetting
only once per week after comparing results.
Simply press and hold the RESET for at least 2
seconds.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
When the display starts to dim or goes blank,
replace the battery with one CR2032 battery:
Insert a coin into the slot on the bottom of
the case (above leash slot), and twist coun-
terclockwise to pop open the case. Replace
battery with positive (+) terminal FACE UP. Put
the cover back on and press to close.
Then use Power Reset: Push the RESET but-
ton for 3 seconds and release. (The display
will be ON and then OFF.) Press RESET button
again to turn display ON.
WEARING YOUR PEDOMETER
Clip the pedometer firmly and level at your waist,
above one knee. The pedometer does NOT now
need to be as vertical as possible and still be
accurate.
The cover must be closed for the
pedometer to work. To avoid losing or dropping
your pedometer, use the included leash and clip
to fasten the pedometer securely to your clothing.
