 CPU Configuration
This screen shows the CPU Configuration, and you can change the value of the selected
option.
Hyper-Threading
Use this item to enable or disable Hyper-Threading Technology, which makes a single
physical processor perform multi-tasking function as two logical ones.
Execute Disable Bit
XD can prevent certain classes of malicious buffer overflow attacks when combined with a
supporting OS (W indows Server 2003 SP1, Windows XP SP2, SuSE Linux 9.2, RedHat
Enterprise 3 Update 3).
