9.2 Personal Protection:

9.2.1 Ventilation: Not required under normal conditions.

9.2.2 Respiratory: No special requirements.

9.2.3 Eye Protection: Safety glasses are strongly recommended, but not required under normal conditions.

9.2.4 Gloves: Plastic or rubber gloves are recommended for a sensitive individual.

9.2.5 Ingestion: Do not ingest. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting. May be harmful or fatal if ingested

dependent upon amount ingested. If ingested, drink large amounts of water or milk and seek medical attention
immediately.

SECTION X • SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS

10.1 Storage & Handling: In its purchased form, store in a cool place inaccessible to the reach of small children.

10.2 Other Precautions: If the product is stored in large quantities, store in a poly lined or stainless steel tank designed for

PO/4. Keep away from heat and out of direct sunlight. Clothing resistant to phosphoric acid may be used in case of

splashing.

SECTION XI • ADDITIONAL REGULATORY COMPLIANCE INFORMATION

11.1 CERCLA, State and Local Planning (Reportable Quantities: Not Required.

11.2 OSHA Compliance: MSDS Prepared in accordance with OSHA 29CFR 1910.1200 to comply with the Hazard

Communication Standard.

11.3 RCRA Characteristics: Waste Classification: Product has not been evaluated for RCRA characteristics.

11.4 SARA Title III Superfund: The product in its purchased form (16 fl. ozs. or less) is not regulated under the SARA hazard

categories as per the E.P.A. “Hazard Categories” under sections 311 and 312 of the Superfund Amendment and the
Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA Title III).

11.5 Important: This information must be included in all MSDS that are copied and distributed for this product.

11.6 State Right-To-Know Compliance: The product in its purchased form (16 fl. ozs. or less) is considered by the D.O.T. as

a “Consumer Commodity ORM-D” (Other Regulated Material Class D). Contact Urocare Products if there are any
questions.
