OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure that the mixer is switched off and power
cord is out of mains.
2. In order to put the mixer body (3) on the
base (7), push the lever to fix the body on the
base (5), insert metal shaft in the bottom of the
body in the groove to fix mixer (16) on the base
(Fig. B), let free the lever (5). Plug the appli-

ance into mains.

3. If you intend to use removable metal bowl (15), install turn-

table (8) on the opening for metal bowl (10). If you intend to
use removable glass bowl (14), install turntable (8) on the
opening for glass bowl. Install the bowl (14,15) on the turn-
table (8).

Note:

It is not recommended to use mixer without bowl

installed.

4. Raise the mixer body up (3), keeping the button of body

blockage (6).

5. Insert whisk or hook (12, 13) in the openings to fix whisks (9)

on the bottom of the body (3).

Note:

In order to ensure proper operation, insert whisk (12)

with plastic head in the opening 8a. Insert dough
hook (13) with wider disk in the opening 8b.

6. Lower the body down (3), keeping the button of body block-

age (6).

7. Put ingredients into the bowl (14,15).
8. Switch the mixer on, by turning speed selector (4) clockwise.

Set the desired speed (from 1 up to 12). Always begin opera-
tion from the lowest speed, and then increase it gradually.

9. Upon the end of the use set speed selector (4) in position «0»

and unplug the appliance from mains.

CARE AND CLEANING

1. Make sure that the mixer is switched off and
power cord is out of mains.
2. Remove the body (3) from the base, by push-
ing to the lever to fix the body on the base (5).
3. Push the button of automated whisks ejection
(1), to remove whisk or hook (12, 13).
4. Wipe the body (3), the base (7) and power

cord with soft moisturized fabric and wipe them dry. Never
plunge the body or power cord into water.

5. Wash whisk or hook (12,13) and bowl (14,15) in warm

soapy water, rinse them and dry carefully. Whisks (12,13)
and bowls (14,15) may be washed in dish-washer.
