Returning to the Main Menu from the TV

Menu

From the TV menu, select .
• To return to the main menu while TV audio

plays in the background.

• To turn off the TV, select Turn Off TV.

Driving Recorder

Before using the driver recorder feature in a

You can record audio and video while driving

using the Garmin GDR 20 camera. You can play

recorded footage on the device or on a computer.

NOTE: To play recorded footage on a computer,

you must install the GDR 20 camera software

on the computer. See the nüvi 2585TV Owner’s

Manual for more information.

Viewing the Camera Feed

Insert the microSD

card that came with the

driving recorder kit into the slot found on the

right side of the camera.

While the device is mounted, connect the

camera to the micro-USB port on the mount.

Snap the camera onto the second suction cup

arm.

Press the suction cup arm to the windshield.

While pressing, flip the lever back toward the

windshield.

Using Driving Recorder

From the main menu, select Apps > Driving

Recorder.

The camera starts recording.

to stop recording.

The camera stops recording.

Playing a Recorded Video

From the main menu, select Apps > Driving

Recorder.
