1. Install the hitch. Next, position the trailer on the ball. Place the sway bars on the hitch. Set the
rotating latch assembly on the frame so that the chain aligns with the center of the rotating latch.
2. Install the 1/2”-13 x 3-1/2” set screw and 1/2”-13 jam nut. Torque the bolt to approximately 15-20
ft. lb.
3. Rotate the latch clockwise and place the chain into the slot.
4. Twist the latch counterclockwise to lock. Do this on both sides.
