Seat Height: Red button in center of round black knob, right side of seat
To raise seat:
Take your weight off chair, press button.
To lower seat:
While seated, press button.
At the proper height, your feet should rest flat on the floor.
To increase:
Turn knob clockwise.
To decrease:
Turn knob counterclockwise.
Set the tilt tension to control the resistance you feel when reclining.
Tilt Tension: Round black knob under right side of seat
