16. Connect the fan on the radiator kit to the stock fan plug. You may need to extend

the wires and run them up to the fan on the front rack. Provided in the kit are
some extra crimp connectors. If you do not have the same plug setup as the fan
cut the ends and use the crimp connectors to connect the fan to the fan wires.
Some ATV’s already have the correct connectors on them and just need to be
extended in length or plugged in.

17. This radiator comes with two different size sensor locations for you to install the

fan sensor switch. If your ATV has a fan sensor connected to the stock radiator
then you can simply remove it from the stock radiator and install it into the
appropriate sensor location. Extend the wires, if required, and install it into the
new radiator.

18. Check all wires and hoses for tight connections and verify there is no chance of

rubbing or chaffing. Use the zip ties provided to secure any wires and hoses that
may be loose.

19. Pour in the antifreeze/water mixture according to the ATV’s manufacturer’s

recommendation. Use antifreeze recommended by the manufacture in your
owners manual.

20. Use the radiator cap provided in this kit to close the radiator.
