on and last remove rear cylinder header (retain stock header nuts to reuse on new header). Remove front
header

INSTALL:

Install your new mandrel bent header and aluminum flange onto the rear cylinder using the stock

flange nuts and gasket (only finger tighten at this time for best fit) (pic 1).

Install front header finger tight. Next slide pipes (welded together) from the rear of the ATV onto

the head pipes until they hit the stop ring (welded to head pipe). Install silencer to the pipes and bolt to
bumper with the 8x60 bolts. Rotate around so the pipe will not hit anything. Then install the supplied

pic 3) and attach to the bumper with the supplied 8mm bolts, flat washers and nyloc nuts.

After you have the system mounted loosely, start at the new header flange and tighten. Finally

tighten both silencer mounting bracket.

I

Install front cylinder heat shield (supplied in kit).

Re-install heat shield under seat as in pic 2 with the spacers to the front of the ATV and leave the

center bolt out.

Now would be a good time to install the fuel controller if purchased.

Re-install all of your plastic, side panels and seat being sure no plastic or wires are touching the

exhaust.

not be covered under WARRANTY.
