a project is under construction through the traditional design-bid-build process, or,
we can team with construction partners to expedite the construction of facilities
using alternative delivery methods. In any case, our goal is always the same – a
project delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifi cations.

One of an owner’s biggest challenges is fi nding the funds to improve and expand
water infrastructure. Our funding specialists partner with facility owners to identify
sources and secure funding that meets the need. Strategies range from tried-
