CLEAN WATER IS EVERYBODY’S BUSINESS
HR Green provides comprehensive water services to move public and
private projects from conceptual planning through design, fi nancing,
construction, start-up and operation. Since most projects involve
several technical disciplines, our team includes diverse specialists;
from engineers to hydrogeologists, planners and environmental
scientists. We evaluate both proven methods and new, alternative
technologies to fi nd a solution that best fi ts our clients’ needs.
We pay attention to the business aspects of every water-related
challenge, protecting the interests of our clients.
Potable Water:
Whether for potable or process use, HR Green
helps our clients develop affordable, high-quality water supplies. Our
comprehensive services range from master planning and modeling to
source development, treatment, distribution and storage.
HR Green helps develop potable and process water supplies from
a wide range of sources: lakes, rivers, reservoirs, and deep and
alluvial aquifers. From small communities to major industries and
metropolitan cities, we pay attention to the unique business concerns
of each client. We understand that water, so basic to life, is also an
important fi nancial enterprise for both public and private sector clients.
Wastewater:
Wastewater collection and treatment are critical
in protecting our public health and natural resources, and doing
so cost-effectively is critical to the client’s bottom line. In addition
to helping each client develop new, technologically advanced
wastewater treatment plants and collection systems, we assist
in rehabilitating, upgrading and expanding existing facilities. Our
engineers strive to maximize the use of existing structures and
equipment and minimize disruption of service during the construction
process. Our wastewater services cover the full range of public
or private client needs: facilities planning, rate studies, permitting,
collection system and treatment facility design.
Water Resources:
The
HR Green team of water resource
engineers balances development needs with national resource
protection and regulatory compliance. Our services include
stormwater and erosion control improvements, storm sewer design,
pond design, alternative BMP design, pump station modeling and
design, stream and wetland restoration and water resource planning
studies. We have extensive BMP design experience, including
designs for rain gardens, infi ltration basins, fi ltration trenches, and
stormwater treatment trains. We combine all these services to also
provide comprehensive fl ood protection plans for clients to protect
them from future fl ood events. Our team is fully qualifi ed to meet
water resource needs in ways that are accountable to the client
schedule and budget.
Water has been a core
business of HR Green for
nearly a century.
HR Green serves clients
in the public and private
