KC HiLiTES KC #7409 Hood Mount Bar For 2007-08 Jeep JK Installation - Manual

Installing the Bar
1. The hood must be closed
and latched during
installation.
2. Remove the 4 Torx head
bolts from the hood
hinges and discard.
3. Place the light bar over
the hood hinges with the
light tabs towards the rear
of the vehicle.
4. Insert each of the 4 supplied hex bolts with washer through the
light bar brackets and mating holes in the hood hinges.
5. Loosely thread each bolt with washer by hand until all 4 bolts are
started. Note: The light bar brackets may need to be flexed in or
out to start the bolts correctly.
6. After the bar is aligned, tighten all hardware.
