UNITROL® 1200
Mild Acid Sheetfed Fountain Concentrate
Description: A sheetfed fountain concentrate designed for use on all types of presses. The
UNITROL
1200 should be used with either isopropyl alcohol or an alcohol replacer
such as RBP’s AQUANOL ®
2010. This product contains additives to help control ink
and water balance by providing low water settings and minimizing ink attack. The
UNITROL 1200 also contains agents to help control calcium related issues such as
glazing and roller stripping.
Directions for Use: Start mix at 30 ml/L and increase by 10 ml/Liter if plate sensitivity or high water
settings are a problem. Decrease by 10 ml/L if roller stripping occurs. Every 10 ml/L
of UNITROL 1200 will increase the conductivity by approximately 675 micromhos
over the water’s conductivity.
