AQUA SERIES 180
Two Step Acidic Sheetfed Fountain Concentrate
Description: A two step low VOC acidic fountain concentrate designed to eliminate calcium build-
up on the rollers and keep calcium from depositing on blankets and plates. AQUA
SERIES 180 contains desensitizers and wetting agents that provide excellent ink and
water balance on all types of sheetfed presses.
Directions for Use: Mix 3 oz/gallon of AQUA SERIES 180 to each gallon of water. Increase dosage if plate
sensitivity is occurring and decrease dosage if ink emulsification is a problem. Each
oz/gallon of AQUA SERIES 180 will increase conductivity by 700 micromhos/cm. Use
AQUA SERIES 180 with an RBP alcohol replacer such as AQUANOL
® 600, to eliminate
the use of alcohol.
