AQUANOL® ZERO

Zero VOC Alcohol Replacer

Description:

A zero VOC alcohol replacer for use on sheetfed presses. AQUANOL ZERO can
replace alcohol and/or alcohol replacers containing VOC’s on both conventional and
continuous type dampening systems. This product contains no solvents such as
glycols or glycol ethers that attack inks or rubber roller compounds.

Directions for Use:

Mix 1 to 4 ounces/gallon of AQUANOL ZERO into the press ready mix. Normal
starting dosage is 2 ounces per gallon. To decrease water setting or reduce lead edge
toning, increase dosage by 1 ounce per gallon. If ink emulsification or roller stripping
occurs decrease dosage by 1 ounce per gallon. For excellent results, use with an RBP
AQUA SERIES fountain concentrate. Contact an RBP technical representative for
recommendations.
