Ultra Concentrated Coldset Fountain Solution
Description: An ultra concentrated fountain solution, LIQUID GOLD UC is designed to be
reconstituted at the customer’s facility with house water or to be used as is with
a delivery system capable of handling ultra low dosages. It is a concentrated
homogeneous solution that incorporates the latest chemical technology for
newsprint and coldest applications. This product is specially formulated to work
on all types of dampening systems including spray and turbo.
Directions for
Use: Use as is: Set pump or mixing system to deliver enough chemistry to bring the
conductivity to 1100 micromhos over the incoming water. This will be delivering
about 0.35 to 0.4 ounces per gallon.
To dilute on site: To reconstitute a 2 ounce per gallon fountain solution, mix 10
gallons of the super concentrate with 45 gallons of house water. Mix thoroughly
and set pump or mixing system to achieve a conductivity of about 1100
micromhos over the incoming water.
In all cases – increase dosage if sensitivity occurs, decrease dosage if there is ink
emulsification.
