DEGLAZER
Ink Roller Deglazer
Description: A solvent based cleaner designed to remove any glaze build-up on ink rollers and
blankets. DEGLAZER contains agents to remove both oil and water soluble glaze
build-up. This product effectively cleans any conventional rubber surface compound
to produce a clean surface that is ready to accept and transfer ink. DEGLAZER is a
reduced VOC cleaner.
Directions for Use: Rollers:
Apply liberal amount to rollers and allow to work with the press running. Engage
wash-up blade and rinse with normal press wash.
Blankets:
Apply liberal amount to rag or sponge and wipe across entire blanket surface until
clean. Re-apply to remove more difficult build-up. Follow-up with conventional
blanket wash to remove any residue.
