“ROCK CRAWLER” FRONT BUMPER
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Bumpers are designed to fit over factory front frame horns and use existing
factory mounting holes.
1. Remove your existing bumper from your vehicle. Save all bolts as you will need
them later for installing your new bumper.
2. If you have lights mounted on your old bumper and wish to remount them on
your new bumper, mark bumper for drilling and mount them at this time.
3. Install new bumper with factory hardware removed in step one. There are two
square washers provided. They should be placed on the top of the frame and
under the factory tow hook for proper spacing.
4. Reinstall license plate on the passenger side of the bumper using factory bolts.
5. After initial test drive, check all bolts for tightness.
