INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
KIT CONTENTS: Kit Includes Driver door, Passenger Door, paddle handles, and mounting hardware
PHASE 1: DOOR REMOVAL
1. The first step to removing the doors involves disconnecting the wiring. Remove the plastic kick panels and unplug the
wires coming in from the door. Pull the grommets loose from the doorjamb and slide the wiring out of the jamb.
2. Remove the pins from your doors limiting rods. A simple tap with a small punch and hammer should free them easily.
3. Unbolt your doors by removing the 6 TORX head bolts holding them to the hinges. Note the locations of any shims on
the doors as you will want to put them back on the same way during re-installation. You will likely need someone to
assist you in holding the door steady as you remove the final bolts.
PHASE 2: DOOR ASSEMBLY
1. Four small screws with nylock nuts will hold your paddle handles into your door. Identify the driver door and driver
paddle handle and assemble with the screws facing outside. Repeat for passenger side.
PHASE 3: DOOR INSTALLATION
1. Use the supplied 3/8” stainless hardware to install the doors onto the hinges. Make sure you are sliding the bolts thru
the doorjamb side of the hinge and the nuts on the door side. This ensures that the hex nuts do not strike the doorjamb
when you’re trying to close the door. We’ve used button head bolts here to make sure there is enough room for them to
clear between the hinge and the doorjamb.
2. Once bolted in and tightened, installation is complete. Adjust door striker to align properly, if necessary.
