greASeABle leAF SPriNg ShAcKleS

This unique suspension system comes complete with lock nuts, polyurethane bushings,
drilled sleeves (where needed) and hardened bolts with greaseable fittings. Similar to our
leaf spring shackle kits, these kits contain all of the hardware needed for easy installation
and an immediate lift to clear oversized tires. Our Shackles allow a lift from 1/2” to 2 1/2”,
depending on the application. Kits come in pairs and are available in hammertone gray or
gold zinc finishes.

Our SR-180 Shackle Reverse Systems are designed to eliminate poor handling characteristics
and help create a safer vehicle for all driving conditions. Simply by moving the front leaf
spring shackle to the rear of the same spring creates an amazing improvement in driveability.
The SR-180 systems comes complete with urethane bushings for your front leaf springs and
frame brackets. (Bushings further enhance the handling and ride quality of your vehicle.) All
brackets are manufactured from HRPO steel for increased strength and are jig-welded for ease
of installation.

These weld-on leaf Spring Perches are a must have for converting springs to an over-axle tube
application or for replacing perches that have collapsed. They work well for installing wide springs
or relocating them altogether on your rig. All spring perches are cut to fit 3” axle tubes and will fit
other size tubes, but would require fill welding gaps. Sold in pairs.

For small cars and trucks that have leaf springs under the axle, the Traction Bars help reduce
wheel hop. The kit comes complete with four U-bolts, a polyurethane bump stop, and all
hardware for an easy installation. Bars available in three finishes.

These MIG-welded, jig-built spring shackles come complete with all the mounting hardware
required for an easy installation. Shackle kits lift one end of the vehicle from ½” up to 2 1/2”,
depending on the application. Kits come in pairs and are available in hammertone gray or gold
zinc finishes.

Our Spring-Over Conversion Kits comes complete with spring perches, spring U-bolt plates,
shock mounts, shock bolts and coupling nuts. This kit has it all and works on most axle
applications.

SPriNg oVer coNVerSioN KiTS

leAF SPriNg ShiMS

Correct the pinion and/or caster angles in your leaf-sprung truck using our heavy-duty Leaf
Spring Shims. These shims are designed to be permanently attached to the leaf spring pack
using the leaf’s cross pin. The cross holes are counter-bored against the angled surface to
ensure the cross pin gets even clamping force across the spread of the pin’s top surface. Steel
construction helps to keep the shims from breaking under heavy load conditions. Together,
these features create a superior shim that will resist spinning out of place, falling out or
breaking.
