MAXI-BREEZER TOP
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
WAR 1150 / RJR CG544B
LJ Unlimited ’04-’06
NOTE: Installation of this top requires a windshield retaining channel, if you do not have one it can be
purchased at your local offroad shop- Bestop part #51238-01
TOOLS NEEDED: #30 Torx Driver
1. Use #30 Torx Driver to remove 2 Torx screws in each speaker pod – let them hang in place
2. Install windshield retaining channel if needed
3. Turn Maxi-Breezer Top upside down & install to channel, make sure space between top
fabric and windshield flange is equal on both sides
4. Flip Maxi-Breezer Top over (keeping pressure on top while flipping to keep it from coming
loose from channel)
5. Wrap long center strap around sport bar & fasten through footman loop on windshield frame
then tighten securely
6. Attach corner straps and cinch until you have proper tension
7. Attach and cinch remaining straps until you have a tight fit
8. Reattach speaker pods
9. Extend remaining portion of Maxi-Breezer Top over rear Roll Cage and secure rear straps
around shoulder strap mount on Roll Bar on each side until you have proper tension
10. Adjust 4 side straps (2 on each side) until you have a tight fit
Your Maxi-Breezer Top is now fully installed. Enjoy!
