FRONT FENDER ROCK PROTECTOR

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Warrior Front Fender Rock Protectors are designed to be placed on the front-most end of the front fenders. Because of
the uneven “diamond” design on the aluminum versions, the bends may vary slightly and require some “tweaking” on your
part to lay flat.

IMPORTANT: Installation of these parts can be done using pop-rivets, screws, bolts, or double-sided adhesive tape.
Warrior Products only covers our standard installation method of pop-rivet installation on diamond plate products. Any
other method of installation may be done at the discretion of the installer. The recommended rivet size for this installation
is 3/16”.

INSTALLATION

1. Place the part in position on the fender and use it to determine where you want to place your mounting. Mark the

mounting locations with a felt pen or other marker and remove for ease of drilling. If you are covering rust or
damaged areas, try not to locate any mounting holes in these areas.

2. Drill your mounting holes with a 3/16” drill bit into the rock protector where you marked it.
3. Place your drilled Rock Protector in location and mark through the holes onto the body.
4. Drill the marked mounting holes on the fender with a 3/16” drill bit. Be careful to drill only through the body metal

and to not strike anything that may be behind the metal where you are drilling.

5. Using a pop-rivet tool, attach your rock protector to the fender with pop-rivets.
