INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: This light bar requires that you have Warrior Products part number 1540 Hood Hinge Hi-Lift Jack Brackets
installed on your 97-06 Wrangler in order to be installed. This is an accessory to that kit and cannot be used without it.
When choosing lights, make sure you pick a light with a low vertical height, as taller lights may interfere with the Jack
installation and removal.
1. Begin by removing the jack from your 1540 Mount Kit
2. It is easiest to first bolt your lights to the light bar before installing it to the vehicle. This bar is designed for stud
mounted lights, but if your lights have a different configuration you may need to drill either the bar or the mount on
the light to match each other.
3. Align the holes in your new light bar to the holes in the back side of your 1540 Mount Kit. Be sure that the studs on
the bottom of your lights are not too long. If they are too long they could contact and damage your hood. Be sure
that they clear before bolting them into place. If they do not clear, you may need to shorten them or find a more
suitable light for the application.
4. Bolt light bar into place using the supplied bolts, nuts, and washers. There are two bolts per side. Install one bolt in
the upper/outer hole, and one in the lower/inner hole of the bracket and light bar. Repeat the same on the other side.
5. Wire your lights as desired & re-install your jack onto the 1540 kit. Installation is complete.
