GAS TANK COVERS

All “GAS TANK COVERS” are designed to be placed over the existing factory metal gas
tank support.
1) Be sure that your original cover is in good repair before installing your Gas Tank Cover.
A little gas tank work may be needed.
2) Your Gas Tank Cover uses existing bolts that secure your existing factory tank in place.
The small holes in your new cover are the only mounting points. The larger holes are for
clearance only. Remove the bolts from your stock tank cover that correspond to the
small holes in your new cover.
3) Work your new cover in over the existing cover and reinstall using the bolts that you
removed. Tighten to factory specifications.
