INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
WAR 930DOOR
SUZUKI SAMURAI
Read all instructions before proceeding.
1. Assemble the door paddle handle, both sides, with bolt and nuts supplied. Also install door hinges
on doors. Leave bolts loose for later adjustment.
2. On the inside of each door, install foam molding per Diagram “A”.
3. Both upper and lower factory hinge must be modified by cutting off the upper flat part of the hinge
on the body side. The hinge pin should then be trimmed to 1” in height measuring from the bottom
of the pin. It should look like Diagram “B” when finished.
4. Remove the striker assembly on the door jam and replace with the striker assembly provided.
5. Hang door on jeep and check for proper fit. Tighten bolts per #1 above. Close door slowly onto
paddle striker being sure that the paddle and striker line up correctly.
