• AC input and DC output LED indicators
• Includes battery leads
Board Dimensions: 5.25"L x 2.75"W x 1.5"H (approximate)

Installation Instructions:

1. Connect proper transformer (16VAC, 20VA) to terminals marked [AC].
2. Measure output voltage before connecting devices. This helps avoid potential damage.
3. Connect devices to be powered to terminals marked [- DC +], carefully observing polarity.
4. When the use of stand-by batteries are desired, they must be lead acid or gel type.

Connect battery to terminals marked [ - BAT +] on the unit (battery leads included).
Note: When batteries are not used a loss of AC will result in the loss of output voltage.

5. Connect appropriate signaling notification devices to AC Fail & Low battery supervisory relay output

terminals marked [N.C., C, N.O.].
Note: During normal operation (A

C and battery connected). the N.C. and C relay contacts will be in

the closed position and the N.O. and C relay contacts will be in the open position.
These contacts are rated at 2 amp, 120VAC/28VDC
