Use

• When the solar charge regulator is initialized, the display shows:

• At any time, press the OK button to see the battery voltage, the charging current and

the loading current sequentially (interval ±4s):

• Press the MENU button repeatedly to scroll through the menus:

1. Show the current system temperature

• To reset the SOL30UC2 to default values, press and hold the MENU button for ±5s.

Troubleshooting

Problem: load indicator [2] off, display shows “Battery low” and load stops working.

Reason: low battery voltage.

Possible solutions:

• Remove load and press the RESET button. When battery is fully charged, reconnect

the load.

• Increase the number of solar panels or change the battery to match the connected

load.

Problem: load indicator [2] off, display shows “overload” and load stops working.
Reason: system overloaded.

Possible solutions: remove as much load as necessary and press the RESET button.
Problem: load indicator [2] off, display shows “short circuit” and load stops working.
Reason: short circuit inside the load.

Possible solutions:

• Resolve the short circuit problem on the load and press the RESET button.
