Installation

Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
1. Choose a location for the camera, keeping the following guidelines in mind:

o

Do not install the camera in locations where extremely high or low temperatures or excessive

vibrations may occur.

o

Avoid mounting the camera near high electro-magnetic fields.

o

Do not aim the camera at the sun or other extremely bright objects.

o

Do not install behind a glass (or other) window as this will impact image quality.

2. Mount the mounting bracket [7] on a wall or ceiling with the 3 included screws.
3. Screw the camera on the bracket with the camera connection screw [5]. Note that the camera has

two mounting holes on either side, for wall or ceiling mounting.

4. Point the camera towards the field of interest and secure it by turning the position bolt [6].

Hardware setup: refer to the illustration on page 2 of this manual.

7.

Adjusting Zoom and Focus

1. Unscrew (anticlockwise) the bolt at the bottom of the camera (see arrow) [8] and remove the small

cover. The focus [a] and zoom [b] magnet become visible.

2. First adjust the zoom magnet [b]. Slide it upwards to zoom in (longer distance, smaller viewing

angle); slide it downwards to zoom out (shorter distance, wider viewing angle).

3. Then adjust the focus magnet [a]. Slide it upwards or downwards to adjust focus hence making the

images sharper.

4. Place the cover back and secure it with the bolt. Do not apply excessive force on the screw.
