SD/MMC card
• Insert an SD/MMC card (not included) into the card slot [1]. Make sure the card

is not full or locked.

Power supply
• The device has an internal Li-Ion battery that can be charged either via a

powered USB port (USB cable included) or via the cigar lighter plug from the

vehicle (adaptor cable included).

USB
o

Plug one end of the USB cable into the USB port [11]; plug the other end into

a powered USB port. The status LED [2] turns on red + blue.

o

The device is recognized as an additional storage media.

Car adaptor
o

Plug one end of the car adaptor into the 5Vdc input [12] and plug the other

end into a 12V/24V cigar lighter socket. As soon as the car is started the

CAMCOLVC15 switches on and starts recording. The status LED [2] turns on

red + blue.

Mounting
• Screw the suction cup on the mounting hole [16] on top of the camera.

• Place the suction cup on the window and push down the handle to secure it.
Recording mode
• The camera starts recording automatically when it is switched on.

• To switch on the camera, press and hold the ON/OFF button [6] for ±3s. The

status LED [2] flashes blue and the display shows

to indicate recording

mode.

• To stop recording, press the REC/SNAP button [4]. The status LED [2] is now

on.

Note: when connected to the cigar lighter socket, the camera stops recording

automatically when the car power is switched off.

Snapshot mode
• Press the MODE button [10] to select snapshot mode

; the status LED [2]

turns blue.

• Press the REC/SNAP button [4] to take a snapshot.
Preview/playback mode
• Press the MODE button [10] to select playback mode

; the status LED [2]

turns blue.

• Use the UP [9] and DOWN [8] buttons to scroll through the available

recordings.

Note: for video files the duration is indicated.
