Digital Content Video Splicer

Pre-positioning of file based content for television programming

In addition to seamless real time transcoding, the SVS-D pro-
vides for format independent digital insertion

Applications include Contribution, Regionalization, targeted pro-
gram inserts, and targeted advertising

Content and network centrally managed by content
provider via Pico Digital’s Network Management System (XNMS)

Up to 4 incoming programs on a single ASI input can be split and
processed

Integrated web server allows local or remote access from a PC
with standard Internet browser

Web pages provide simple, easy navigation of all status and
setup parameters

Support for external DC redundant powering
