designed a web centric application with the ease of use to give even untrained users full access to
Carousel’s capabilities.
A virtually unlimited number of users can be issued accounts. Each one is able to create and
schedule messages independently. When a message is created, it’s held for approval until the admin-
istrator authorizes it.
