rity and/or operating safety of the vehicle.

Tools Needed:

19mm Socket
Torque Wrench
Floor Jack
Jack Stands
Flat Head Screwdriver

Installation Instructions

1. Chock the tires and jack up the vehicle.
2. Remove the lug nuts and remove the tire and wheel.
3. Remove the rotor retainer star washers is so equipped using a flat head screwdriver. Removing these will

allow the wheel spacer to seat flat on the rotor surface. These must be removed.

4. Install the wheel spacers on the factory wheel studs with the supplied lug nuts. Tighten to manufacturer

specifications using a 19mm wrench.

5. Inspect the wheel spacer to make sure the spacer is sitting flat on the mounting surface and the factory

wheel studs do not extend beyond the surface of the wheel spacer. If the studs do extend beyond the sur-
face, the ends of the factory wheels studs must be ground off to have adequate clearance from the wheel.
This step must be performed, if not the spacer will not tighten correctly and could possibly create
vibration.

6. Reinstall the tires/wheels. Tighten the lug nuts holding the wheels and tires to factory specifications.

Important note: Please make sure the lug nuts are tightened against the wheel surface. Some enclosed

lug nuts are shorter and can create the illusion that the wheel is tight on the spacers when in fact the

wheel stud is bottomed out inside the lug nut. If this occurs a longer lug nut must be purchased.

Post Installation

Re torque all fasteners after 500 miles. Visually inspect components and re torque fasteners during

routine vehicle service.
