Rough Country Adjustable Joint Assembly
Joint Assembly Instructions
1. Locate appropriate hardware to assemble the joint. Those parts include: Washer, Center Ball, C-clip,
Threaded ring, Set screw, End jam nut and Housing end.
2. Insert the clip in the groove on the housing. See Photo 1.
3. Install the washer. See Photo 2.
4. It is very important to install the bushing halves correctly. Photo 3 shows how the bushings interlock.
5. Install the bushing half in the adjustable end. See Photo 4.
