STEALTH BIG AIR KIT - Yamaha Warrior

Please read ALL of the instructions BEFORE beginning this installation.
CAUTION: We strongly recommend that a qualified Yamaha technician

install this kit.

INCLUDED IN THE KIT:

(1) Coil Relocation Plate

(2) K&N Intake Air Filters

(2) Uni-filter Crankcase Vent Filters

(2) 3/4" Wellnuts

(2) 3/8-16 x 1" Hex Bolt

(2) 3/8" Washers

(13) M6 x 20mm Cap-head Screws

(12) M6 Nyloc Nuts

(1) 7/16" E-clip

(1) 3/8" Hose x 13" Length

(1) AIS Kit BA-2551-00

INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove fuel tank.
Remove left side chrome "air scoop" cover; remove right side air filter box, then remove air silencer box above throttle
bodies.
Cover open throttle bodies to protect from items falling into engine.
Label each sensor, electrical connector, and hose for later reconnection. Sensors on right side of air silencer box are
intake manifold pressure sensors for front and rear cylinders - mark these IMP-front and IMP-rear. Make sure to
mark the sensor, the connector and the hose. The sensor on the left side is air box pressure sensor - mark it AP. Be sure
to mark this connector also - it has no hose connected to it.
Disconnect spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
Disconnect wires leading to coils - mark for later reconnection.
Remove coils from the coil bracket - mark coils front and rear.
Disconnect wire connector from linear control valve. (LCV)
Disconnect hose from the center of the linear control valve (LCV). Mark and remove hoses that go to each throttle
body, noting front and rear.
Remove bracket from LCV.
Remove air temperature sensor from front of air silencer box.
Attach temperature sensor to center hole on new relocation plate. Secure from top with supplied 7/16" e-clip. Refer to
FIGURE #2
Attach front and rear coils to bottom of relocation plate. Secure with supplied M6 screws and nuts.
Attach LCV to bottom of relocation plate as shown in FIGURE #1.
Attach rear cylinder IMP sensor to relocation plate as shown in FIGURE #2.
Place supplied wellnuts into frame, and place relocation plate between wellnuts with tabs pointed up. Loosely secure
with supplied 3/8" bolts and washers. Refer to FIGURE #3
Now the relocation plate may by pivoted to gain access to the connections.
Attach the front IMP sensor and AP sensor to the relocation plate.
Attach hoses from front and rear cylinders to linear control valve (LCV) that you marked and removed earlier.
Attach hoses to IMPs. Extend and/or shorten hoses to front and rear manifolds as necessary using previously removed
hoses.
Connect electrical plugs to sensors and LCV.
Secure front of coil relocation bracket with supplied M6 screw. Tighten wellnuts in frame.
Install individual K&N air filters to each throttle body.
Attach supplied hose to center connector on LCV, and then attach one uni-filter crankcase vent to the other end.
Zip-tie filter anywhere below frame rails.
Attach remaining uni-filter to crank vent and zip-tie below frame rail.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
We recommend the use of a Dynojet Power Commander III module with installation of this
Stealth Big Air Kit. Installation and use of this kit without a Power Commander may cause engine problems and/or
