INSTRUCTIONS:

NOTE: This Handlebar and Riser Adapter allows the use of handlebars and/or risers that are set for 3.50"
spacing. This spacing is the conventional spacing used on Harley Davidson motorcycles.

SUGGESTIONS: If installing risers, in order for them to be aligned properly you should install the handlebar
through each riser base and install the riser cap or caps and tighten them before tightening the riser base
mount bolts. Once these mount bolts are tightened it is best to remove the conventional handlebar before
proceeding with the installation.

BE ADVISED: Depending on the handlebar you are using it may be necessary to install your handlebar
controls (clutch, brake and throttle) before you install the Handlebar and Riser Adapter on the triple tree.

IMPORTANT: Use Blue Loctite® on ALL bolt threads for the proper installation.

1. Remove stock handlebar and risers.

2. On a work surface attach your new risers or drag bars to the Handlebar and Riser Adapter by inserting the
(supplied) 1/2-13 x 1.50" cap head allen bolts into the countersunk holes in the bottom of the Adapter and
thread them in.

3. In this order: Set the Handlebar and Riser Adapter on the triple tree and align with the stock riser holes,
install the lock washer, then flat washer on each of the cap head allen bolts and thread them through the stock
triple tree riser mount holes into the Adapter and tighten firmly.

4. If you are installing conventional risers and handlebars (i.e., not drag bars) you should now install and adjust
your new handlebars.

Our install guides provide a basic outline on the proper installation of our products. Further tuning and/or

fitment may be required. Barons bears no responsibility on installation costs associated with this product.
