(2) M10-1.25 x 25mm Socket Cap Screw Chrome

(4) M10 Flat Washer Chrome

(1) Engine Guard

TOOLS REQUIRED:

Blue Loctite (recommended)

14mm Wrench or Socket

8mm Allen Wrench

INSTRUCTIONS:

Thank you for purchasing a Baron Engine Guard. Installation is very simple provided you follow the
instructions below implicitly. As always, please read the instructions in full prior to installing the product. If
you feel you dont understand it, please call our tech support line, or have the product installed by a competent
technician. Loctite is not required, but it is recommended in this application.

1. Remove the stock front floorboard bolts. There are two bolts for each floorboard. You only need remove the
most forward bolt from each side

2. Remove plugs or bolts from the frame down-tubes (1/2 way down the frame on either side of the radiator).

3. Lay a towel down and slide the Baron Engine Guard into place by slipping it between the front fender and
radiator.

4. Attach the Baron Engine guard to the frame using the (2) M10x1.25x25 chrome bolts (use Loctite here if
desired).

5. Secure the bottom mounts over(C50) or behind(M50) the floorboard brackets using the M10x1.25x30 chrome
bolts

6. Tighten all bolts to a minimum of 30 ft/lb
