Speedhut Gauge Pod Installation Instructions:

Note: The Gauge pod installs over the stock A-Pillar.

1. Position Speedhut Gauge Pod on stock A-pillar in desired location. Slight modifications (trimming) may be required for a perfect fit in some applications.

2. Mark this location on A-pillar.

3. Remove A-pillar.

4. Create an opening in the A-pillar for gauge lines to pass through.

5. Test fit Gauge Pod with gauge(s) installed on A-pillar to insure sufficient clearance for gauge lines and housing.

6. Hold the Gauge Pod in its mounting position on the A-pillar and drill a 3/16” hole(s) through 4 corners of both the gauge pod and A-pillar. Insert ratchet fasteners through hole(s) to

install Gauge Pod on A-pillar.

7. Install gauges in Gauge Pod. No retaining hardware is needed to hold gauge(s) in place, it is a force fit.

8. Run gauge lines down the back of the A-pillar and out through the fire wall to the engine.

9. Install the Gauge Pod/A-pillar, making sure lines are not pinched.

10. Connect gauge(s) to vehicle. Follow instructions included with gauge(s) for proper installation and operation.

Speedhut Full Pillar Pod Installation Instructions:

1. The Speedhut Full Pillar Pod installs over the stock A-pillar. This is not a replacement of the stock A-pillar.

2. Remove the stock A-pillar.

Note: For Dodge Ram with Infinity speaker, remove speaker from A-pillar. Cut or grind down the raised speaker portion of stock A-pillar to allow the mounting of new A-pillar cover and

gauges. The other option is to purchase and install the base model A-pillar plastic from a Dodge dealer. This will save the extensive modification made to the original speaker fitted

pillar.

3. Hold the Full Pillar pod in mounting position on the A-pillar. Slight modifications (trimming) of the Full Pillar pod may be required for a perfect fit in some applications. Drill 3/16" holes

through the four corners of both the Full Pillar pod and A-pillar.

4. Install gauges (and/or speaker) in Full Pillar pod. No retaining hardware is needed to hold gauge(s) or speaker. The gauges are press fit and the speaker snaps in place.

5. The Full Pillar pod has clearance for gauge lines to be run down the back and exit through the bottom. Secure wiring and tubing to the back of the new Full Pillar pod. Make sure

gauge lines do not interfere with fit. If interference occurs create an opening in the stock A-pillar for the gauge lines to pass through. Secure gauge lines to the back side of the stock

A-pillar.

6. Insert ratchet fasteners through holes to install Full Pillar pod on A-pillar.

7. Run gauge lines out through the fire wall to the engine.

8. Install Full Pillar pod/A-pillar, making sure lines are not pinched.

9. Connect gauge(s) to vehicle. Follow instructions included with gauge(s) for proper installation and operation.
