1-Small Decorative Cap w/butyl putty
Introduction:
1. Place the main cap over the vent hat on the factory fluid cap allowing the vent cap to protrude through the hole atop
the cap.
2. You have been provided with a small chrome decorative cap that contains butyl putty under this cap cover. Remove
the paper liner from the butyl and simply press it onto the vent hat. This will attach the cap to the vent hat in such a way
that it will allow you to remove and replace the fluid cap by detaching the chrome cap along with the plastic vent hat to
release the main cap. To replace the cap simply set it place and then snap the chrome cap and vent hat assembly into
the vent hat base.
