Attach mount brackets (B, C) to display mount
using screws provided with your display mount.
NOTE: Display must be removed from display
mount prior to installing shelf. NOTE: See your
display mount instructions for details. 1

Attach adjustment brackets (D) to mount brackets
(B, C) using four screws (E) and four washers (F).
NOTE: Do not fully tighten screws (E) until step 4. 2
Attach shelf (A) to adjustment brackets (D) using
two screws (E) and two washers (F). 3 Adjust video display mount to desired height then
tight four screws (E). 4
