Claims for Damage in Shipment

All shipments are carefully inspected and are delivered to the carrier in good order. Upon receipt of shipment
caution should be exercised so that there is no loss or damage. If damage has occurred, refuse to accept the
shipment until the carrier makes the proper notation to that effect.

In the event of concealed loss or damage, notify the carrier immediately. By following these suggestions you
will encounter less difficulty collecting your claim.
