INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Performance Intake Kit
75-2545
1. With engine off, disconnect the negative
battery cable and vent hose
2. Disconnect the crankcase breather
hose.
3. Gently pull out the air temp sensor out
of the intake tube.
4. Loosen clamps on the OEM Air intake
tube.
5. Remove the OEM air intake tube.
6. Disconnect the Mass Air Sensor connec-
tion
7. Unbolt the bracket that retains the OEM
Air box
8. Gently pull up and remove the OEM air
box.
9. Unbolt the Mass Air Sensor assembly
from the OEM air box
10. Assemble the 5/16 hardware per photo.
11. Assemble the Mass Air sensor assembly
to the cold air box per photo #11 Be sure to
use the 2 gaskets provided
12. Remove the rubber grommet from
stock intake box.

2 #72 Hose Clamps 2 5/16” Acorn Nuts
TOOLS REQUIRED
Flat head screwdriver
1/2 socket
1/2 open end wrench
8mm open end wrench
2 #64 Hose Clamps 2 5/16” Jam Nuts
2 MAS Gaskets 2 5/16” Hex Head Screws
1 Aluminum Adapter 4 #10 Sealing Washer
1 Air Filter 4 SS Pan Head Screws
