Installation Instructions for Mustang
One-Piece Seat
on 2007-2011 Yamaha V-Star 1300
and V-Star 1300 T
Removal of stock seat
1. Insert ignition key into left side cover and turn counter-
clockwise to release front seat from latch.
2. Lift nose of seat, then remove front seat from frame.
3. Remove two mounting bolts from under front of rear
seat.
4. After bolts have been removed, lift front of rear seat up
and pull seat forward to release it from the rear fender
bracket.
5. Remove rear seat mounting bracket from fender as it
is not needed for installation of Mustang one-piece seat.
