Install Cyclone Solo Seat onto Frame Mounting Plate
1. If the motorcycle has the 4.5 gallon gas tank, the Cyclone solo seat must be
mounted in the rearmost seating position on the
frame mounting plate. If the motorcycle has the
3.3 gallon gas tank, the Cyclone solo seat can be
mounted in either the forward or rearmost seating
position on the frame mounting plate.
2. Attach nose bracket to bottom of frame mount‐
ing plate; insert ¼‐20 x ¾” long Phillips truss head
screw through top of frame mounting plate and
through rearmost hole in nose bracket.
3. Use ¼‐20 flange nut to secure nose bracket to
frame mounting plate. Tighten.
4. Attach Cyclone solo seat to frame mounting
plate using the ¼‐20 x 1” long hex head bolt with
washer up through the nose bracket and into the
selected threaded insert in the nose of the seat,
and the two ¼‐20 x ¾” long Phillips truss head
screws up through frame mounting plate, then the
two rubber washers and finally into the threaded inserts near the back of the solo
seat. Tighten all three to secure solo seat to frame mounting plate.

(1) ¼‐20 x 1” long hex head bolt
(3) ¼‐20 x ¾” long Phillips truss head screws (1) ¼‐20 x 1 ¼” long hex head bolt
(1) ¼‐20 flange nut (2) ¼” flat washers
(2) black rubber washers
