Mounting Suggestions for the Kawasaki
Vulcan 800 1995-2005 and Vulcan Classic
1996-2005 Tank Bib
Tools Required:
• Metric Sockets
• Metric Allen Wrenches
Hardware:
• N/A
Plain Tank Bib
Mounting of Mustang Tank Bib
1. Remove three dash mounting bolts.
2. Lift dash and position square hole in bib around lower dash mount. NOTE: Tank collar must
remain on dash. Bib goes under the collar and chrome dash.
3. Secure dash with stock mounting bolts.
4. Remove seat.
5. Remove rear tank bolt.
6. Remove collar insert.
7. Align bottom hole of bib with rear tank mount.
8. Push collar insert through bib into tank mount.
9. Secure with stock rear tank bolt.
10. Reinstall seat.
