1983-1996 FLT, FLHT Solo Seat only
Hardware included: two white washers
1. Engage tab on frame of bike into receiver at nose of
seat.
2. Seat is spring-loaded for a tight fit, so mounting tabs will
be approximately 1” to 1.5” above fender initially.
3. Align chromed rear tabs with threaded holes in fender. Supplied white washers
go between tabs and fender.
4. Push tabs down and install mounting bolts; 1983-1994 models use 5/16-24 x
3/4” long fine thread; 1995-1996 models
use 5/16-18 x 3/4” long coarse thread bolts. Tighten bolts.
Note: If the fender holes have been modified or filled in, drill and tap them as
needed, or use 5/16-18 clip nuts.
